Da, mergând la „Antrenamenete” — “Modificare Configurație” se pot crea noi grupe musculare unde se pot adăuga noi exerciții folosind imaginile existente în calculatorul Dvs.. Dacă operația se face de la o tabletă puteți de asemenea folosi imagini care se asociază exercițiilor. Se pot de asemenea adăuga exerciții noi la grupe musculare deja existente.
Noile grupe musculare contribuind la crearea sau modificarea unei fișe se găsesc în josul listei de grupe musculare care se află în stânga câmpurilor colorate violet.
Pot crea exerciții noi?
