P.T. poate crea fișe de antrenament, dar nu poate accesa funcțiile de administrare. Instructor: nu are acces la funcțiile de administrare, dar poate vedea numele persoanelor programate la activitățile sale. Accesul acestor persoane se poate face din aplicație sau de pe calculator.
Pot acord și altei persoane dreptul de administrare a sistemului?
The support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and responds within 24 hours, usually within 4 hours.
In case of urgent matters, please add the word “urgent” in the subject line of your email. Your message will be flagged as high priority and, after an initial triage, the team will respond as quickly as possible.
An issue is considered urgent if it is blocking your work and cannot be postponed.
