📢 With BookyWay, you can send quick and effective messages directly to your app users, maintaining a clear and professional connection at all times.
You have three main tools available:
📌 1. VIRTUAL NOTICE BOARD
A space always accessible in the app, where you can post messages visible at any time.
📝 Ideal for sharing rules, updates, events, promotions, and important notices.
🖥️ For administrators:
Write messages directly in the administration platform’s Notice Board section – they will be immediately visible to all users in the app.
📱 For users:
The message appears in real-time on the app’s homepage.
🔔 2. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Instant messages that appear as alerts on your clients’ smartphones, even when the app is closed or the screen is locked.
📍 Perfect for urgent communications such as sudden closures, schedule changes, or last-minute promotions.
🖥️ For administrators:
Push notifications are created in the same place where you write notice board messages.
After writing the message, click “Send message” to deliver it as a push notification.
📱 For users:
They receive the push notification directly on their phone, even if the app is closed or the screen is locked.
Tapping the notification opens the BookyWay app.

📧 3. AUTOMATIC EMAILS
The system automatically sends emails for scenarios like:
– Invitation to join BookyWay with credentials
– Enrollment in a class/course by the administrator
– Enrollment of a user in multiple classes by the administrator
– Automatic promotion from waitlist to class
– Cancellation of a class due to insufficient participants (or other reasons)
– Private message to a group of participants in a specific class
– Enrollment of a family member (e.g. child)
– Password reset request
Group mailing
– Cancellation of a class and notice to all participants
– Announcement to all participants of a class regarding specific information
đź’ˇ All these tools help you maintain direct and professional contact with your clients, without relying on external channels like manual emails or WhatsApp groups.
