How to duplicate an activity? How can I copy the activity calendar?

Create a copy of an activity or schedule new sessions based on an existing one

You can now easily duplicate an activity already published in the calendar! Or, starting from a future or past activity, use the copy function to create its upcoming schedule.

How it works

1. Access the editing screen of the activity you want to duplicate or reschedule.
   
   
2. Click the new Create a copy button at the top right.
   
   
3. An identical copy of the activity will be created automatically.
   
   
4. Freely edit details such as cost, credits, time, day, description, etc.
   
   
5. Enter the new date or all the dates of the new schedule.
   
   
6. Save the new activity (or activities) to publish it in the calendar.

The support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and responds within 24 hours, usually within 4 hours. In case of urgent matters, please add the word “urgent” in the subject line of your email. Your message will be flagged as high priority and, after an initial triage, the team will respond as quickly as possible.
An issue is considered urgent if it is blocking your work and cannot be postponed.
