You can now:

🔁 Improved account switching

If a customer uses BookyWay for multiple centers and no longer sees your center, they can switch accounts directly from the App easily and quickly.

| New feature: Credit expiration dates

From today, you can assign an expiration date to your customers’ credits.

Specifically, you can:

  • Create credit packages in the store with an expiration date (in days, weeks, months, or years), purchasable directly from the customer’s App.
  • From the customer’s profile, load a package already available in the store or create a new one with a custom expiration date.
  • Edit credit packages, both in the store and from the customer’s profile, by updating values and expiration dates.

| New feature in the Activity List: CUSTOMIZE COLUMNS

Starting today, in the Activity List you’ll find a new purple book-shaped button on the right.

By clicking it, a pop-up will open where you can choose which columns to display among all the available fields of your activities.
Select only the ones you need: your choice will remain active at all times.

If you use many columns, you can scroll the table horizontally to view all the information.

| New feature in the Report: Last Login date

Starting today, in the section Report → User Data Export, you can view a new column called “Last login.”

🔍 WHERE TO FIND IT

  1. Enter the Report menu.
  2. Scroll down to the User Data Export section.
  3. Download the Excel file.
  4. In the last column on the right, you’ll find the Last login field.

💡 WHY IT’S USEFUL

This new information allows you to immediately see:

  • the date of each client’s last access;
  • who has never logged into the app;
  • who hasn’t logged in for a long time, maybe weeks or months.

🚀 HOW TO USE IT BEST

It’s a valuable tool for your marketing and loyalty strategies.
Thanks to this column, you can:

  • identify inactive or low-activity users;
  • create targeted re-engagement campaigns (e.g. emails or personalized messages);
  • encourage clients to return with special offers or event invitations.

📈In short: with a single report, you get a complete overview of your users’ activity and can plan effective actions to bring them back to the app and increase participation.

| New “Shop” section (formerly in-App payments)

With this new release, the section dedicated to in-App packages gets a full refresh — giving you more control, flexibility, and clarity when managing your offers.

From today, the new Shop section includes new features that allow you to:

✏️ 1. ASSIGN CUSTOM NAMES TO PACKAGES
You can now edit the name of the packages you sell on the App to better reflect your promotions or the time of year (e.g. Summer Special, September Promo, Open 10 entries…).
This allows you to better communicate the content and value of the package to your clients, increasing the likelihood of purchase.

🧩 2. REORDER PACKAGES AS YOU WISH
Got lots of packages available in the app?
Now you decide the display order, placing the most important or promotional ones at the top. The new sorting system helps you organize your offer with more logic and visibility.

🫥 3. SHOW OR HIDE SPECIFIC PACKAGES FROM CLIENTS
Have packages you don’t want to display for a while?
Now you can temporarily hide one or more packages from the app, making them invisible to users until you’re ready to show them again.
Ideal for seasonal offers, limited-time promotions or draft packages — they’ll still be visible to you in the admin area.

👀 4. DISPLAY ONLY PURCHASABLE PACKAGES (admin only)
To avoid clutter in your admin area, you can now choose to see only active and purchasable packages.
This helps you keep better track of your current offers — especially useful if you’ve created many over time.

🧮 5. CHECK DISCOUNT CONSISTENCY 
When setting up tiered packages (e.g. more credits = bigger discount), the system now automatically checks for consistency. A helpful tool to avoid unintentional mistakes and ensure fair and clear promotions for everyone.

| Incremental Start Time

From now on, creating lesson sequences is faster than ever!

In the Create Activity / Lessons section, you’ll find the new “Incremental Start Time” option.
When enabled, each new lesson you add will automatically have a start time based on the duration you’ve set.

Example:

ou set the first lesson at 10:00 with a duration of 60 minutes.
The second lesson will automatically be set at 11:00, the third at 12:00, and so on.

✅ Perfect for those who manage activities with time slots, like personal training studios, beauty salons, medical offices, or any business that works by appointment with fixed intervals.

✅ Benefits

  • Save time when creating lesson sequences
  • Avoid errors or overlaps
  • The system calculates everything for you

| Create a copy of an activity or set up a schedule starting from an existing activity

Now you can easily duplicate an activity already published in the calendar!
Or, starting from a future or past activity, you can use the copy function to create a new schedule for that activity.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Access the edit screen of the activity you want to duplicate or use to create a new schedule

  2. Click the new Create a copy button at the top right

  3. An identical copy of the activity will be created automatically

  4. Freely modify the details (price, credits, time, day, description, etc.)

  5. Enter the new date for the activity or all the dates for the new schedule

  6. Save the new activity (or activities) to publish it on the calendar

✅ Ideal for quickly creating multiple similar activities without having to set them up from scratch.

| Download report on credit usage per user and report on credit purchases.

We have created a new menu with a shopping cart icon within the user profile.
By clicking this menu, you can view all in-app purchases made by the user.

We have also added a new button that allows you to download the credit usage report for each individual user.
This button can be accessed by entering the user’s profile, in the credits section.

| Global Booking Options

We have created a new menu called „Global Booking Options“ that replaces the old „Settings Course/Class/Activity“ menu and the „Expirations – Preferences“ menu.

This menu can be accessed from the dropdown menu inside SETTINGS.

On this page, you can modify the Membership Expiration, the Medical Certificate Expiration, and the Custom Expiration. By changing the deadline settings, a summary of the effects of these changes will appear at the bottom.

On this page, you will also find the setting for the Weekly Booking Limit (from Monday to Sunday) that can be set for all users (it can also be customized for individual users by entering their profile).

You can also decide whether to leave the waiting list with the „automatic“ functionality or set it to „manual“ mode. „Automatic“ means that when spots become available, users on the waiting list will be automatically enrolled and notified; „manual“ means that the administrator will have to do it manually.

A very interesting new feature is this new „SURPRISE ME“ button…

… by clicking it, you will see everything that all users can or cannot do based on the settings you have decided to apply.

NOTE: It is still possible to apply customized settings from each user’s profile.

| Tracking of administrators‘ credit transactions

Both in the user’s credit report and in the report downloadable from the Reports section it is now possible to see which administrator has carried out an operation that has an impact on user credits such as: Adding or removing credits, user registrations and unsubscriptions.

This feature will allow the center owner to monitor or report on the activities of their administrators.

In the user’s credit report you have all this information available indicated by a symbol found in the legend:

  • date and time of the operation
  • date and time of the activity on which the registration or unregistration was made
  • who carried out the operation
  • if the operation was carried out on a lesson or course or media
  • if there has been a shift from a waiting list
  • if in-app credits have been purchased
