You may have more than one BookyWay account if you are registered with multiple centers.
To permanently delete your BookyWay account, please contact each center (cloud administrator) that created your account and request removal from their system.
Once your request is processed, your name, surname, email address, date of birth, and all data associated with your activity (such as bookings, attendance history, and waiting lists) will be permanently deleted from the BookyWay database within 30 days and will no longer be recoverable.
If you experience any difficulties contacting the centers that created your account, or if one of them is no longer active, you can request assistance by writing to support@bookyway.com.
Gymtrainer S.r.l., the company that owns the BookyWay platform, will support you in completing the deletion process in accordance with applicable privacy laws (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).
