How can I, as an administrator, manage the center from the App?

The app is designed for customers, and the administrator logs in with their details as a “client”

However, you can still access your administration page from your phone’s browser exactly as you would from a PC/MAC, through the link https://admin.bookyway.com/.

You will have access to all functions, just as you do on the PC/MAC side.

We are currently in the process of completely rebuilding the mobile (phone) interface… to learn more, see HERE for a presentation on the progress of the work.

The support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and responds within 24 hours, usually within 4 hours. In case of urgent matters, please add the word “urgent” in the subject line of your email. Your message will be flagged as high priority and, after an initial triage, the team will respond as quickly as possible.
An issue is considered urgent if it is blocking your work and cannot be postponed.
