How can I send a mailing to all customers from BookyWay?

BookyWay does not include a direct mailing feature, but it offers a push notification system through the virtual noticeboard, which is the best solution if you need to send a short and immediate message. Push notifications have much higher visibility than an email, as they are received directly on users’ smartphones.

If your message is longer, includes images, links, or other detailed information, it is advisable to use a dedicated mailing platform. These tools are specifically designed for managing newsletters, offering professional templates, subscription and unsubscription management, tracking of email openings, and compliance with privacy regulations.

In any case, from BookyWay, you can easily extract your customer database and import it into your preferred mailing platform.

The support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and responds within 24 hours, usually within 4 hours. In case of urgent matters, please add the word “urgent” in the subject line of your email. Your message will be flagged as high priority and, after an initial triage, the team will respond as quickly as possible.
An issue is considered urgent if it is blocking your work and cannot be postponed.
