CREDIT MANAGEMENT WITH EXPIRATION

We are working on a new feature for credits

A new release will soon be available to make credit management on BookyWay even easier.

The main update concerns the possibility of assigning an expiration date to credit packages.

We know that many administrators already feel this need. To solve this, some currently use the subscription expiration to prevent customers from booking beyond a certain date. However, in this way, the credits are not automatically reset, and with each new payment it is necessary to:

1

RESET REMAINING CREDITS MANUALLY

2

LOAD NEW CREDITS

3

SET THE SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRATION AGAIN

WITH THE NEW FEATURE, ALL THIS WILL BE AUTOMATED.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:

Assign a specific expiration date to each credit package when loading it to a user

Give the package a name for easier identification

Set an automatic duration also for packages purchased in the app

Upon expiration, any unused credits will be automatically cancelled.

All operations will be tracked in detailed reports, clear for both the administrator and the customer.

We will notify you, as always, by email and in the news section on the BookyWay homepage as soon as the feature is available.
