The Credit Report is a tool that allows you to monitor the usage and expiration of user credits.
Through the available reports, you can:
- check when users’ credits expire
- analyze the history of credit usage
- quickly access the profile of individual customers to check their updated situation
🔸 Where can I find the Credit Reports?
You can access the Credit Reports in two ways:
- from the main menu (at the top)
- from the home page, in the dedicated report section (right area)
| CREDIT EXPIRATION REPORT
The Credit Expiration Report allows you to see which credits are expiring within a specific period, helping you monitor and proactively manage user credit expirations.

🔸 How to use the Credit Expiration Report?
- Access the Report section
- Select Credit Expiration Report
- Set the reference period:
- From: start date
- To: end date
- Click Download
🔸 What does the downloaded file contain?
The system will generate an Excel file including:
- the list of users with credits expiring in the selected period
- the number of available credits
- the expiration date
- a column with a clickable cloud icon
🔸 What is the cloud icon column for?
By clicking the cloud icon:
- you will be redirected directly to the customer’s profile in their wallet
- you can view the updated situation of credit usage in real time

The User Credit Usage Report allows you to analyze all credit usages over time, offering a detailed historical view of consumption.

- Access the Report section
- Select User Credit Usage Report
- Set the reference period
- Click Download
🔸 What can I see in this report?
- view all past and future credit usage
- analyze when, for which activities, and by whom credits were used
- have a complete overview of consumption history

- Credit Expiration Report: focuses on future expiration of credits available per user
- User Credit Usage Report: focuses on past and future credit usage
