How can I delete one or more lessons / activities that have already been created?

If you need to delete multiple lessons at once, you can use the Bulk Operations feature.

This feature allows you to select multiple activities and delete them in a single operation, avoiding the need to delete them one by one.

1. Open the Activities List

From the main menu, open the Activities List section.

2. Filter the activities

If necessary, use the filters (title, date, time range, etc.) to display only the activities you want to delete.

3. Select the activities

You can select the activities in two ways:

  • by manually checking the box on the left;
  • by using the checkbox at the top to select all displayed activities.

💡 Note: Each page displays a maximum of 175 activities. If you have more than that, repeat the procedure on the following pages, reapplying the filters if necessary.

4. Start Bulk Operations

After selecting the activities:

Choose operation → Bulk Operations

The list of selected activities will be displayed. If necessary, you can still deselect some activities before proceeding.

5. Select “Delete”

Among the available operations, select Delete.

The system will display a summary of the activities that will be deleted.

Carefully review the list and, if everything is correct, confirm the operation.

6. Wait for completion

After confirmation, the system will start deleting the selected activities.

⏳ If you have selected many lessons, the operation may take a few moments. Please wait until it is completed without closing the page.


⚠️ Warning

Not all activities can be deleted.

The following cannot be deleted:

  • unpublished activities (displayed in gray);
  • activities with registered users;
  • past activities;
  • a course.

In the second case, you must first open the activity and manually remove all registered users. Only then will you be able to delete it.d eliminare manualmente tutti gli iscritti. Solo dopo sarà possibile procedere con la cancellazione.

The support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and responds within 24 hours, usually within 4 hours. In case of urgent matters, please add the word “urgent” in the subject line of your email. Your message will be flagged as high priority and, after an initial triage, the team will respond as quickly as possible.
An issue is considered urgent if it is blocking your work and cannot be postponed.
