1. Access the activity list
From the main menu, go to the Activity List section. Here you’ll find all your scheduled activities.
2. Select the activities to delete
You have three ways to choose what you want to remove:
- ✅ Manual selection: click the box on the left of each activity to select it.
- 🔍 Use filters: if you’re looking for specific activities, you can filter by keyword or date.
- 📋 Bulk selection: you can select all visible activities in the screen by clicking on the “Title” option. Then, deselect only the ones you don’t want to delete if needed.
💡Note: Each screen shows a maximum of 175 activities. If you have more, repeat the process on the next screens, applying filters again if necessary.
3. Check the selected activities
As soon as you select one or more activities, a green badge will appear at the top showing the total number of selected activities. This helps you keep track before confirming the deletion.

4. Attention to non-deletable activities
There are two cases where an activity CANNOT be selected for deletion:
- ⚪ Unpublished activities: appear in grey and the selection box is not available.
- 🧍 Activities with participants: also won’t show a selection box.
If you want to delete the activity, you must first click on it, access its details, and manually remove the registered users.


The support team is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and responds within 24 hours, usually within 4 hours. In urgent cases, add the word “urgent” to the email subject. Your email will be marked as high priority, and after an initial triage, the team will intervene accordingly. A request is considered urgent if it is blocking you and cannot be postponed.
