What is the Account ID and what is it for?

The BookyWay Account ID is a unique code that identifies your center or business within the system. This ID is essential for managing your profile, receiving technical support, and ensuring that your settings and data are correctly associated with your account.

How to find your Account ID

You can locate your Account ID in different ways:

From a computer
- Log in to your account via the web at admin.BookyWay.com
- Click on the user icon in the top right corner
- In the dropdown menu, your Account ID will be clearly visible
- Click the copy icon to copy the data to your clipboard.
From a smartphone
- Log in to your account and access your administrator profile at admin.BookyWay.com
- Scroll down until you reach the administration data section
- Your Account ID will be clearly visible
- Click the copy icon to copy the data to your clipboard

The support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and responds within 24 hours, usually within 4 hours. In case of urgent matters, please add the word “urgent” in the subject line of your email. Your message will be flagged as high priority and, after an initial triage, the team will respond as quickly as possible.
An issue is considered urgent if it is blocking your work and cannot be postponed.
