Try the BookyWay experience in just a few easy steps
Discover how to get started right away, as easy as a game! Follow the first steps to create your first activity on BookyWay and allow your customers to book directly from the app.
You’ll see how incredibly easy it is to start using BookyWay in just a few minutes!
1. CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND LOG IN
Start by clicking on Create a free account and fill out the form completely.
Once you click the CREATE button, you will receive an email with your login credentials.
Go to the login page, enter your credentials, then LOG IN AS ADMINISTRATOR.
2. SET UP YOUR PAGE
In the Customize app backgrounds section, you can set the background image that your users will see in the app.
3. CREATE AND PUBLISH YOUR TEST ACTIVITY
Create your first activity in just a few steps! Go to the Create activity section and follow these 6 steps:
- Choose an image that represents the activity
- Enter the activity name
- Select the date and time
- Set the number of available spots
- Update and SAVE the activity
- Click PUBLISH to make it visible and available for booking by your users.
Go to the Calendar to view your activity

4. BECOME A CUSTOMER! DOWNLOAD THE APP AND SIGN UP FOR THE ACTIVITY
Download the BOOKYWAY APP from your phone’s store and log in with the credentials you received via email.

- Log in with the credentials provided earlier
- Enter the Calendar
- Click on the trial session you just created
- Sign up!
Now you can see how easy and fun it is for your customers to use BookyWay. Try signing up for the activity you just created!
5. RETURN AS ADMINISTRATOR AND REVIEW WHAT YOU’VE DONE
Go back to the BookyWay admin section and check your users’ activity.
In the Daily Activities section, select the date of the activity you created, and you’ll see the first participant (which is you!).
Click on the NUMBERS to view all the details.
