I mistyped a customer’s first or last name. How can I change it?

Currently, it’s not possible to make these changes on your own.

In the future, we plan to release an update that will allow modifications (at the cost of 1 credit to prevent fraud related to the BookyWay payment mechanism). This is why we emphasize the importance of careful data entry in that section of our platform.

Until then, please send a request to BookyWay support, specifying the incorrect name and the correct one, and we will make the change for you free of charge within 2 working days.

The support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and responds within 24 hours, usually within 4 hours. In case of urgent matters, please add the word “urgent” in the subject line of your email. Your message will be flagged as high priority and, after an initial triage, the team will respond as quickly as possible.
An issue is considered urgent if it is blocking your work and cannot be postponed.
