In the Client App, if multiple accounts are available, users can switch between accounts by clicking the “Account” button located at the bottom right. Then, simply select the desired account from the visible buttons with a purple background.
On every page of the App, it is always clear which account is currently active: just check the black bar at the top, where the center’s name and the active account are displayed.
When does a client have more than one account?
A client might have multiple accounts in the following cases:
- Family Connections (see photo on the right, point 1)
An administrator has added a new profile to a client’s records using the “Add Family Connections” function (e.g., the daughter Emma Doe). In this case, the client can manage bookings for themselves and their family members separately by simply switching accounts. - Managing Multiple Activities in the Same Center (see photo on the right, point 2)
An administrator has created multiple accounts to manage different activities within the same center, such as separating the pool from the gym classes (e.g., ActiveLife AquaFit Session and ActiveLife Gym Club).
