I haven’t received my login credentials

The reason you haven’t received the email with your login credentials might be one of the following:

1 – The email ended up in the “Spam” folder
Solution: Check your spam folder and move the email to your inbox.

2 – I accidentally typed my email incorrectly when creating the account
Solution: Create the account again, making sure to enter your email address correctly.

And if the email still doesn’t arrive or you can’t find it in your spam folder:

Write to us at support@bookyway.com, and we’ll assist you.

The support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and responds within 24 hours, usually within 4 hours. In case of urgent matters, please add the word “urgent” in the subject line of your email. Your message will be flagged as high priority and, after an initial triage, the team will respond as quickly as possible.
An issue is considered urgent if it is blocking your work and cannot be postponed.
