To view a customer’s past activity bookings, you have two options:
From the customer list:
- Search for the customer’s name in the Customer List section.
- Click on the calendar icon next to their name.
- On the right-hand side, you will see the list of future activities the customer is currently booked for (if any).
- Just below, you will find the “Multiple Booking/Cancellation” button.
- By clicking this button and using the date filter, you can view the list of past bookings.
📌 How to read the report
Inside the “Multiple Booking/Cancellation” screen, the full list of activities is shown, not only the ones booked.
The activities the customer has actually booked are highlighted on the right with a purple check.
This allows you to immediately identify which activities the customer has booked, both past and future.futuro.


From the reports menu
Go to the Reports menu and download the Excel report for attendance to lessons and activities. Use Excel filters to display the data for a specific user.
