Dacă un utilizator are abonamentul expirat va putea vedea cursurile/clasele din aplicația sa, însă nu va fi în măsură să facă rezervări și va fi invitat să contacteze centrul pentru ca acesta să facă rezervările dorite din pagina sa Web.
Pot fi gestionate datele scadente ale abonamentelor?
The support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and responds within 24 hours, usually within 4 hours.
In case of urgent matters, please add the word “urgent” in the subject line of your email. Your message will be flagged as high priority and, after an initial triage, the team will respond as quickly as possible.
An issue is considered urgent if it is blocking your work and cannot be postponed.
