Yes, you can manage subscription expiration in BookyWay by correctly configuring two areas:
1. General Settings
In the Settings → Global Booking Options menu, you can choose how to manage sign-ups based on subscription expiration. The available options are:
- No restriction: Users can sign up regardless of the expiration date.
- Optional: Users with an expired subscription will not be able to sign up, while those without a set expiration date will still be able to register.
- Mandatory: Users with an expired subscription or no assigned expiration date will not be able to sign up.

2. Individual User Settings
In each user’s profile, under Booking Options → Validity, you can:
- Enable or disable subscription expiration.
- Set a subscription expiration date.

The combined effect of these two settings (general and individual) will determine which activities a user can book.
Quickly Checking a User’s Restrictions
If you want to check which activities a user can sign up for, considering not only subscription expiration but also other restrictions (e.g., certificates, personalized expiration dates, weekly limits), you can use the SURPRISE ME button in the user’s profile. The AI will provide a detailed and simplified list of available sign-ups.
The same SURPRISE ME button is available in the Global Booking Options, allowing you to verify restrictions applied to all users based on general settings.

Important Note
If, based on the chosen settings, a user with an expired or unset subscription cannot sign up, they will still see available classes and lessons in the app but will be prompted to contact the center for assistance.
