Generic filters

Clients are able to unsubscribe after the unsubscription period has already ended – or – Clients are not able to subscribe even though the subscription period is still valid

This means that (most likely during the account setup) you have set the wrong time zone.

No worries, this can be fixed quickly.

Go to — SETTINGS — COUNTRY-LANGUAGE-TIMEZONE and set the time zone to Italian = +01:00 (or the one for your local area).

The support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and responds within 24 hours, usually within 4 hours. In case of urgent matters, please add the word “urgent” in the subject line of your email. Your message will be flagged as high priority and, after an initial triage, the team will respond as quickly as possible.
An issue is considered urgent if it is blocking your work and cannot be postponed.
