Clients can register with an expired subscription – or – Clients can register without a set subscription

Only the administrator can register a person for an activity without meeting the required conditions. During this process, the administrator will receive a warning message indicating which requirements are not met, with the option to proceed or cancel the operation.

If you are sure that the client’s data and the system are correctly configured (see the point below), you can check whether a specific registration was made by an administrator by downloading the Excel file of registrations found on the Reportspage. In the column [Booked by], you can see who registered a client for a specific class.

If the registration still occurs, it means that the general settings have not been configured correctly.

How to Fix It

Go to the Settings → Global Booking Options and activate one of the following two options depending on the result you want to achieve:

Optional: Users with an expired subscription will not be able to register, while those without a subscription (no expiration set) will still be able to register.

Mandatory: Neither users with an expired subscription nor those without a subscription (no expiration set) will be able to register.
