Customers are able to unsubscribe after the unsubscription deadline has passed – or – customers are unable to sign up even though the sign-up period is still active

This usually means that there has been an error setting the correct time zone for your account, which can affect the timing of subscription-related actions.

Don’t worry, this is an easy fix:

  1. Navigate to the settings by clicking on — SETTINGS in your BookyWay account.
  2. Select — COUNTRY-LANGUAGE-TIMEZONE from the options.
  3. Adjust the time zone to match your local time, for example, Germany time zone = +01:00 or the equivalent for your specific location.

By ensuring that your account’s time zone reflects your local time, you can accurately manage subscription and unsubscription periods as per your intended schedule.
