Where can I find a customer’s booking history?

To view a customer’s booking history for activities, you have two options:

From the customer management menu:
  1. Search for the customer’s name in the Users section.
  2. Click on the calendar icon next to their name.
  3. On the right, you’ll see a list of FUTURE activities the user is booked for (if any). Below that, there’s a button labeled “Multiple booking/unsubscribing”.
  4. By clicking this button and using the date filter, you can view the list of past bookings.
From the reports menu:

Go to the Reports menu and download the Excel report for attendance to lessons and activities. Use Excel filters to display the data for a specific user.
