If your clients cannot see one or more activities in the BookyWay app, you can quickly check their visibility directly from the admin portal.
🔹 Check visibility from the Activities list
Go to Activities in the admin portal.
In the App Visibility column, you can immediately see whether each activity is visible to clients in the app

The column is always displayed and can show three different statuses:
✅ 1. Visible
If Visible appears in green, the activity has been published and is already within the visibility period you set.
This means that, in terms of general visibility, the activity appears in the clients’ app.
🕒 2. Not visible yet
If the activity has been published but its visibility window has not started yet, the date and time from which it will become visible in the app are shown in grey.

In this case, there is no need to publish the activity again: simply check whether the visibility limit you set is the one you intended.

⛔ 3. Not published
If Not published appears, it means that the activity has been created but has not been published and therefore cannot be seen by clients in the app.

Open the activity and publish it if you want to make it visible to your clients.
🔸 If the activity is shown as “Visible” but the client still cannot see it
If the activity is shown as visible in the App Visibility column, also check the following cases.
Whether a specific client can book the activity may also depend on other conditions or restrictions set for their profile.
1) Is the client looking in the correct menu?
Make sure the client is checking the correct section of the app:
- Classes, if you created a class;
- Courses, if you created a course.
2) Are you viewing the app as an instructor?
If you access the app through the instructor menu, identified by the shield icon, you will only see activities assigned to you as an instructor.
To check what clients normally see, use the Classes or Courses menu instead.
3) Is the client connected to another center?
The client may have logged in to BookyWay correctly but still be connected to another center, for example one they attended in the past.
In this case, they will need to switch to your center within the app.

⚠️ Visible does not necessarily mean bookable
The App Visibility column indicates whether the activity can be viewed in the app.
👉 Note If an administrator manually books a client into an activity that is still outside its visibility window, that client will still be able to see it in their app, even if the App Visibility column still shows the activity as not visible.
In this case, the activity is not generally visible to all clients, but it is visible to the client who has already been booked in by the administrator.
