BookyWay is not just a tool for managing class bookings; it’s a valuable ally for building community, strengthening client relationships, and offering memorable experiences. Whether you run a gym, yoga studio, holistic center, or cultural hub, you can easily use BookyWay to organize extra activities: parties, lunches, open days, excursions, themed days, special meetings—everything that breaks the routine and makes your center more lively and engaging.
Whyproposeextra activities?
Off-schedule activities are not just moments of fun; they are precious opportunities for loyalty, sharing, and group growth. They help your clients feel part of a community, meet new people, and experience your reality more deeply. Whether it’s a summer dinner, an outdoor walk, or a free trial of a new discipline, each initiative can strengthen the bond between you and those who have chosen you.
How to use BookyWay to organize an extra event
1. Create the activity as a regular class
Set up the event in the BookyWay panel as if it were a class:
- Give it an appealing name (e.g., “Summer Garden Party” or “Free Tai Chi Trial in the Park”)
- Specify location, date, time, and maximum number of participants
- Include all useful information in the description (what to bring? is booking required? is it open to friends?)
2. Set up payment directly in the App
If the activity requires a fee (e.g., a dinner, organized outing, or special workshop), you can enable direct in-app payment. This way:
- The client pays at the time of booking, simply and quickly
- You have immediate confirmation of participation
- You avoid manual collections, cash handling, or last-minute cancellations
3. Manage bookings easily
Clients will see the activity directly in the app and can book with a tap, just like they do for classes. This way:
- You know who will participate
- You have an exact number of registrants
- You avoid messages, WhatsApp lists, or confusion
