If your clients are unable to see the activities you’ve scheduled, follow these steps to check and resolve the issue:
1. Check on the BookyWay app
- Log in to the BookyWay app using your admin credentials (you’ll enter as a client of your own account).
- Verify whether the activities in question are truly not visible.
2. Check from the admin platform
- Log in to your admin platform and ensure that the activities have indeed been created and are present in the calendar.
Common Causes and Solutions
a) Wrong menu in the client app
- Ensure that your clients are looking at the correct menu:
- Lessons (if you’ve created lessons).
- Courses (if you’ve created courses).
b) Accessing the app as an instructor
- If you’re logged into the app as an instructor (menu with a shield icon), you’ll only see the activities assigned to you.
- To view client activities, switch to the correct menu: Lessons or Courses.
c) Unpublished activities
- Activities that have been created but not published are:
- Greyed out in the Calendar.
- Greyed out in the Activity List menu.
- To check: Use advanced filters and select only “hidden” activities to identify unpublished ones.
- Solution: Publish the activities to make them visible to your clients.
d) Visibility limit set too low
- On the admin platform, you may have set a visibility limit that’s too low for activities.

f you manually book a client for an activity that is outside the visibility limit, only that client will see it in their app.
