User Data Change Request
It is not possible to directly modify key user data such as First Name, Last Name, or Email
🔹 Exception: The email can only be changed independently if it has been rejected by the recipient’s mail servers. For more details, check this FAQ
If you need to update these details, you must send a request to support by filling out the email in the following format:

📩 Once the request is received, the support team will proceed with verification and make the necessary changes.
The support team is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and responds within 24 hours, usually within 4 hours. In case of emergencies, add the word URGENT to the email subject. Your email will be marked as high priority, and after an initial triage, the team will take appropriate action. An issue is considered urgent if it is blocking your operations and cannot be postponed.
