The member must access the home page from the smartphone app, click on “Recover password”, enter the e-mail address used during the registration and click on “Send”.
Or you as an administrator can enter his profile and click on “re-forward invitation e-mail”.

In case of urgent matters, please add the word “urgent” in the subject line of your email. Your message will be flagged as high priority and, after an initial triage, the team will respond as quickly as possible.
An issue is considered urgent if it is blocking your work and cannot be postponed.
