The member has lost the invitation email with credentials, how can he retrieve them?
The user must open the BookyWay App and, from the login screen, click on “Recover password”. They must then enter the email address used in their profile and click on “Send”. 💡 Note: If the user is already logged into the App but needs to recover their password, for example to log in from another device, they must first log out. To do so, they need to go to the Account menu and click on “Log out”. Once they are back on the login screen, they can use the “Recover password” function. Alternatively, as an administrator, you can access the user’s profile and click on “Resend invitation email”.

Where can I find a customer’s booking history?
To view a customer’s past activity bookings, you have two options: From the customer list: 📌 How to read the report Inside the “Multiple Booking/Cancellation” screen, the full list of activities is shown, not only the ones booked.The activities the customer has actually booked are highlighted on the right with a purple check. This allows you to immediately identify which activities the customer has booked, both past and future.futuro.
